NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. – Prominent business and real estate law firm Newmeyer Dillion is pleased to announce that Michael Tenerelli has joined, and will be based in the firm's Newport Beach office. With over three decades of experience in litigation, arbitration and mediation, Michael has helped owners, developers, contractors, lenders and various other businesses overcome complex real estate, construction and business disputes related to development, leasing, contracts, business torts & construction.

Michael has substantial experience in real estate transactions, having represented both landlords and tenants in all types of lease disputes related to retail and commercial leasing. In addition, he has been involved in numerous construction related matters representing owners, contractors and sub-contractors. Michael, who began his career at Allen Matkins, was a founding partner at Dubia, Erickson & Tenerelli where he spent more than 18 years. Immediately prior to joining Newmeyer & Dillion, Michael spent time as head of Dorsey & Whitney's Southern California office.
