Successful representation for a residential master planned community which includes age-qualified homes and amenities
Advised client regarding the financing and the phased acquisition of options to acquire options to purchase 890 acres of real property in the Temescal Valley in Riverside County, California, and currently advising client in connection with the development and sale of that property as a master planned residential community known as Terramor which includes certain neighborhoods and amenities reserved for active adults age 55 and older.
Successful representation for an equestrian residential master planned community
Advised client regarding the acquisition and financing of 230 acres with over 2,600 “encyclopedia lots” in Chatsworth, California, and currently advising client with respect to the development and sale of that property as a master planned residential community with equestrian-friendly lots known as Deerlake Ranch.
